These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the zatbaj platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. By accessing zatbaj you agree to be bound by these terms.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and zatbaj ("zatbaj", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at zatbaj.app and its associated mobile browser interfaces.
By registering an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion offered by zatbaj, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the zatbaj platform.
Access to and use of the zatbaj platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account with zatbaj. Creating duplicate accounts, whether using different contact details, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals.
When registering your zatbaj account you must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested during registration or subsequent verification. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zatbaj login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. zatbaj will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact the zatbaj support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Please present this email address as plain text only — do not click on any purported zatbaj email link sent from an unverified source.
zatbaj may require you to complete identity verification (commonly referred to as Know Your Customer, or KYC, procedures) at any stage of your account lifecycle. This typically involves submitting a copy of a government-issued photo ID (such as a National ID card or passport ), proof of address, and in some cases proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals will not be processed until identity verification is complete.
zatbaj accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). zatbaj does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
The minimum deposit amount on zatbaj is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by zatbaj, however your payment provider may impose their own transaction limits. Players are responsible for confirming their mobile wallet or bank transfer limits before initiating a deposit.
Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your zatbaj account within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business hours to reflect. If a deposit has not appeared in your account within the stated processing time, contact support with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawal requests are processed by the zatbaj finance team during operational hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Mobile wallet withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed on the same business day for requests submitted before 17:00 BST, or the following business day for later requests.

All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on zatbaj are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). zatbaj does not offer currency conversion and is not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations affecting deposits or withdrawals made via international payment instruments.
A bet is deemed accepted only when zatbaj issues a bet confirmation reference number. The display of odds on the platform does not constitute an offer to accept any bet at those odds. zatbaj reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.
All odds displayed on the zatbaj sportsbook are subject to change at any time prior to the acceptance of a bet. In-play odds are especially volatile and may shift significantly between the moment you select them and the moment your bet is processed. zatbaj uses real-time pricing feeds and cannot guarantee that the odds displayed at the time you click "Place Bet" will be the odds at which your bet is accepted unless instant-acceptance mode is active on your account.
zatbaj reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:
Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the governing body of the relevant sport or event. For cricket markets, the official result as declared by the International Cricket Council (ICC), Cricket Board, or equivalent body will be used. In the event of a discrepancy between live score feeds and the official result, the official result governs settlement.
Casino games available on zatbaj are supplied by licensed third-party game studios including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All games use independently audited random number generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the game provider and are consistent with industry standards.
Live dealer games are streamed in real time from certified studio facilities operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules governing each live table game (including blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and game show variants) are displayed within the game interface. zatbaj is not responsible for interruptions to live game streams caused by factors outside its control, including network outages or provider maintenance windows.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session — including server errors, disconnections, or display glitches — zatbaj will investigate the incident using server-side game logs. Any bet that cannot be confirmed as having been placed and accepted prior to the malfunction will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. Wins generated during a confirmed malfunction state will not be honoured.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by zatbaj are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, in addition to these General Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, all bonus funds credited to your zatbaj account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion description. Only bets placed with real-money funds or bonus funds on qualifying games contribute towards wagering requirements, unless specified otherwise.
zatbaj operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Actions considered to constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating duplicate accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times; using low-risk betting strategies (such as placing opposing bets across multiple accounts) to guarantee profit from a bonus; and withdrawing bonus funds before wagering requirements are met. Detection of bonus abuse will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
zatbaj issues promotional vouchers from time to time. Each voucher carries its own validity period and usage conditions. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between accounts, or applied retroactively to bets already placed. Vouchers that have expired or been applied in breach of their stated conditions will be cancelled without compensation.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available for all accounts and is strongly recommended. zatbaj will never contact you to request your password, full payment card number, or full mobile banking PIN. If you receive such a request purportedly from zatbaj, treat it as fraudulent and contact support immediately.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the zatbaj platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zatbaj's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
zatbaj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from:
zatbaj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the player has breached these Terms, has engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses an unacceptable risk to the integrity of the platform. In cases of proven fraud, all balances will be forfeited. In cases of suspected fraud under investigation, balances will be frozen pending the outcome of the review.
You may close your zatbaj account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure is processed, any outstanding withdrawal requests will be settled and remaining real-money balances returned to your registered payment method, provided all verification requirements have been met. Bonus balances not subject to a completed wagering requirement will be removed upon closure.
zatbaj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, zatbaj will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number registered on the account, with reasonable notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current version and its effective date are always displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.2.
